Our authentic American diner is looking for a permanent Assistant Manager to help run the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy branch. You will be responsible for running a section of the diner, which could be the counter where we craft great tasting shakes, sodas and desserts, or the floor, delivering top-notch service to our guests.

Key responsibilities
* Leading the team to ensure exceptional standards of customer service
* Dealing effectively with all levels of customer queries and complaints
* Training and supervising the team ensuring everything is delivered in line with Billy-Bob’s exacting standards
* Ensuring all food safety, allergen and Health and Safety policies are met
