What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant with strategic experience, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sector. You will need a strong technical understanding with proven financial reporting experience. You will be happy to have oversight over the technical side, whilst speaking within the dialogue of key business decisions. Large company exposure will stand you in good stead, since this company is set to grow, whilst SME experience will lend itself to implementation at this critical time of growth and scale-up.
