Position: Digital Workplace Support Engineer Contract Length: 6 months Location: Coventry, Gaydon, Solihull |Manchester Rate: £220 a day Reporting To: PC Support Team Lead Department: IT End User Services Onsite: 100% (Shift Rota; May include Bank Holidays) ?? About the Role: We're hiring 7 skilled Digital Workplace Support Engineers to join our client's onsite team. As the first point of contact for all IT End User incidents, you'll work across a large, multi-disciplinary environment supporting essential infrastructure. This role is hands-on and user-facingperfect for an engineer passionate about technology and service excellence. ?? Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for end-user hardware, software & applications Manage end-user incidents from identification to resolution Install and configure Windows 11 & M365 applications Troubleshoot TCP/IP networks, VPNs, WiFi, DHCP, DNS Liaise with vendors (HP/Dell) for hardware issues Work with project teams during IT delivery lifecycles Support AV equipment, printers, and meeting room setups Perform root cause analysis and problem management Maintain SLAs and uphold high service quality standards ?? Required Skills & Experience: Windows 11 support (MCP certification preferred) Microsoft 365 apps admin/support Hardware troubleshooting (Dell Latitude, Optiplex, Precision) HP network printers, JetAdmin, Managed Print Servers L1 support for AV and video conferencing tools Strong TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN knowledge ITIL Foundation (Incident/Problem Practitioner a bonus) Minimum 3 years in complex IT environments Proactive and customer-focused with strong communication ADZN1_UKTJ
