Food Technology Teacher to join their dynamic Design & Technology department from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to deliver engaging and practical lessons that spark creativity and promote healthy living amongst students aged 11-16.
Your New RoleAs a Food Technology Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, practical lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment in the food tech classroom.
* Encourage students to develop essential life skills and a passion for food and nutrition.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively.
* Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities where appropriate.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Specialism or strong experience in teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4.
* A creative and engaging teaching style with strong classroom management skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
