Static Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Oxford - Commercial Property
Are you a skilled and versatile engineer with a strong electrical background looking for a rewarding role with excellent earning potential and opportunities for growth?
We're seeking a highly competent and reliable Multi-Skilled Engineer with a focus on electrical work to join our team in Oxford. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of building services within various commercial properties.
What You'll Do:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of building services, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems:
* Electrical installations, repairs, and testing (18th Edition essential)
* Lighting and power systems
* Fire alarm systems
* Access control systems
* Minor plumbing repairs
* Minor carpentry repairs
* General building maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot and diagnose building service issues
Carry out repairs and installations of building service components and systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Work independently and as part of a team
What You'll Need:
A proven track record as a multi-skilled engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a strong electrical bias.
A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) - essential. Other relevant qualifications desirable.
18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge - essential.
Experience with a range of building services in commercial settings

Monday to Friday working hours (8am - 5pm)
