We Do Group is working with a rapidly growing SME business in Surrey who are looking to bring on a number two to support their new Finance Director.
This is a really exciting role that would suit a confident and motivated finalist / newly qualified candidate who wants to get stuck into a very successful business that is growing through organic growth but needs a strong finance operation to support it's future plans!
The Role:
* Lead the production of monthly management accounts
* Oversight and manage the financial controls within the business
* Manage two direct reports (AP and Payroll)
* Ownership of the company consolidated P&L
* Cash flow statements and forecasting
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Contract performance reporting
* Risk & Opportunities oversight
* Business Plan Objective Reporting
* First point of contact for external auditors
Exciting Projects:
* Design and implementation of new internal reporting structure
* Financial Controls review - Drive improvements and implement new structure
* Documenting SOP’s within the Finance Team
* Roll out of Internal Audit and Assurance programme
* Delegated Authority / Reserved Matters Framework
* Formalising Risk Registers
