As a Team Leader, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

Responsibilities
* Coaching and mentoring staff to ensure they are set up for success
* Motivating the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets, with incentives and prizes for success
* Supporting the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, prevention of stock loss, and store procedures
* Stepping in for the Store Manager in their absence to keep the store running smoothly
* Managing key holder duties to open and close the store at the correct times
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the team does the same
