We’re on the hunt for someone with exceptional customer service skills to join us as a client relations manager. The role involves building relationships with new and existing adviser firms, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customers are at the heart of everything you do. You will manage your own portfolio of adviser partners and collaborate with teams across the business to handle queries efficiently while achieving the best possible outcome for the customer.
You’ll be the face of Nucleus, someone advisers can trust to get things done with the client’s best interests in mind. You’ll be organized and collaborative, taking pride in managing adviser relationships. You’ll join a supportive, energetic team that encourages learning and development, offering opportunities to progress your career.

* Working in close partnership with firms to maximise their customer experience and journey.

* Previous experience providing exceptional customer service.
* A good understanding of financial products, legislation and procedures.
* Experience in a larger financial services company and a desire to find the right fit.
* Confident and natural communication style and a collaborative mindset.
* Good experience with systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
