Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Hertford
Salary: £80 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
1. Working alongside class teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom management.
2. Providing tailored support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
3. Encouraging student engagement and fostering a positive learning environment.
4. Assisting with lesson planning and preparation of learning materials.
5. Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
About You:
6. A graduate with a degree in any discipline (education, psychology, or related fields preferred).
7. Passionate about education and helping children achieve their best.
8. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
9. Patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships with students.
10. Experience working with children (, mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential.
