Regional Sales Territory Manager - Pacific NW & Western Canada
In this role, you will be:
* Growing the business and managing sales activities within an assigned geography
* Serving as the primary contact for marketing and sales leads, qualifying, routing, and managing them
* Closing opportunities for unnamed or unmanaged accounts and routing appropriately for support
* Resolving daily issues and engaging support teams as needed
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Management: Accepting and qualifying leads, scheduling customer meetings, converting leads to new customers
* Opportunity Management: Managing the sales process to close deals or route opportunities appropriately
* Reseller/Partner Relationship Management: Building territory relationships, triaging inbound partner requests (Pricing, Opportunities, Accessories, etc.)
* Account Management & Support: Developing communication and management strategies for non-managed customers (campaigns, quarterly check-ins, use cases, expansion)
* Marketing Events: Attending marketing and thought leadership events for networking and growth
* Administrative Activities: Managing customer and business data in CRM, completing training and professional development
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience
* Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience in a two-tier distribution model or 3-4 years inside sales experience
* Experience in developing and tracking sales plans
* Proven group presentation skills
* Knowledge of CRM systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in customer contact software, Office 365, social media
* Self-starter with effective time management
* Energetic, determined, creative, and logical with problem-solving skills
* Ability to assess and adjust approaches for maximum results
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
* Located near Pacific Northwest and Canada
* Ability to speak French
Travel:
* 60-70% for dealer visits, tradeshows, etc.
Pay Transparency:
* Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $190,000 total earnings, depending on location, skills, and experience. Includes benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, 401(k), paid leave.
