Our client, based in Maidenhead, requires an experienced Warehouse Logistics Operative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Overall, Purpose Picking orders based on the picking lists provided Creating consignments for shipment via couriers or by Company personnel Performing stock counts Keeping the warehouse clean and maintaining good order Receiving goods in and checking the product against the delivery notes to ensure that complete orders are received Delivery of replacement luggage to airport locations using the Company vehicles After appropriate training, forklift operation After appropriate training, assessment of received luggage for repair/replacement (aviation claims) Ensuring that the Company remains compliant with all data protection legislation through appropriate action and decision making Ad hoc, but reasonable, requests from supervisors or management, or clients Key Accountabilities Picking orders by picking lists, ensuring the correct product is assigned to the consignment Ensuring the correct delivery address is used Ensuring that the consignment is ready for the allotted collection/delivery time Reception of goods in Checking delivered/received product against packing/delivery notes to ensure complete consignments are received Refusal of incomplete or damaged consignments Pass on the checked and verified packing/delivery notes to the appropriate person/departm...
