Role: Brand Partnerships Account Coordinator - Live
Reports into:Head of Strategic Brand Partnerships
Location: London
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent (42.5 hours per week)

What we’re looking for:

* We’re a passionate and dedicated team and you’ll need to share our values and believe in our vision of the future of events and culture spaces.
* This newly created position represents an exciting opportunity to join Broadwick Live at a pivotal time of growth and evolution.
* You will be supporting the Broadwick Live partnerships team in delivering partnerships across our music event portfolio, including Drumsheds, Silverworks Island and Magazine London, with overall responsibility for team admin across sales and account management
* We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent account management and admin skills, who is happy to jump in on all levels of project and be comfortable working across multiple projects at once.


What you’ll be responsible for:

Account Management Support

* Supporting our Brand Partnerships Account Manager and Head of Strategic Brand Partnerships on delivery of all brand partnerships across the Broadwick Live portfolio.
* Supporting with contracting, invoicing and payment tracking for all brands. Liaising with finance + legal where relevant.
* Brand Partnership Marketing / Comms / Socials - liaising between brands and internal marketing team to ensure marketing deliverables are achieved and relevant content from events shared and the appropriate approvals are gained.

Sales Support

* Support the Head of Brand Partnerships in sales admin required for new and existing partnerships.
* Sales Support such as assisting with creative ideas, proposals including sales presentations for new business and attending client meetings/calls when required.
* Provide reporting / analysis / research to support sales process.

Event / On-site Partnership Delivery

* At event support – hosting & managing of brand partners including client hospitality.
* Support with any onsite production + logistics – for activation builds, festival production for brand activations.

Other

* Carrying out ad hoc duties when required to.


You’ll need to have:

* Prior experience working in brand partnerships, from an agency, brand, or venue/festival background.
* Experience delivering partnerships in an event setting.
* Strong communication skills and proven ability at maintaining strong client relationships across multiple partners.
* An aptitude for working under pressure and juggling multiple high priority tasks.
* A cool head in a fast‑paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Prioritisation and time management are key.
* Exceptional organisation, and a love for administration and process improvement and attention to detail.
* The ability and initiative to work with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
* The ability to work to short turnaround times, and work under pressure, with minimal supervision.
* Be able to self‑motivate and self‑manage.
