We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join their team in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to build the website offering from almost scratch, delivering quick wins and gaining visibility for your contributions within the business.
The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day website operations, merchandising, and optimisation, ensuring the site drives revenue and consistently reflects the brand.
Responsibilities for Website Coordinator
4. Build and manage overall website presentation, ensuring product content, imagery, and pricing are accurate and on-brand
5. Curate and optimise product listings and collections to drive conversions - working with suppliers and group level.
6. Support planning and execution of promotions to increase sell-through
7. Monitor website performance, speed, and UX, identifying opportunities for improvement
8. Track inventory performance and maintain optimal stock levels
9. Ensure stock accuracy and synchronisation across the platform
10. Conduct A/B testing on campaign content and automated flows to improve conversion rates

Experience needed for the Website Coordinator
11. Hands-on Shopify experience in a similar e-commerce role
12. Strong understanding of Shopify analytics and reporting
13. Experience using Google Analytics or similar platforms
14. Solid knowledge of SEO best practices
15. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
16. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
