What you'll be doing
* Build trusting relationships with residents, providing regular support to everyone in your caseload
* Create and implement practical support plans focused on budgeting, finance management, and moving on
* Advocate for your residents, liaising with agencies and services to ensure they get the support they need
* Complete risk assessments and support plans, tailoring your approach to each resident's unique situation
* Assist residents with practical issues and housing-related matters
* Work as part of a supportive team, contributing to the smooth running of our temporary accommodation service
