Altum Consulting is partnering with a leading global HR transformation consultancy to find a manager level Change Management consultant. This is your opportunity to work on high-impact global transformation projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and play a key role in a high-performing team consultancy team. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative, fast-paced consulting team focused on delivering real value.
About you
* At least 5+ years change management consulting experience within HR or Workplace transformations
* Expert in both strategic change capability and hands on delivery across culture, op model and digital change
* Brings the full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, from change strategy and roadmap design, to impact and readiness assessments, to stakeholder engagement
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
* Ability to build trusted client relationships fast and at all levels, representing the consulting company with gravitas and capability.
* Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
* Ability to understand and assess complex issues and present solutions in in a clear, easy to understand way
* Bring a passion for helping grow and develop long-term commercial client relationships for the organisation.
* A team player, a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude and who understands that the best solutions come from collaborating internally and with the client
* A good leader and coach whether in line or project manager
* Strategic thinker who can deal well with ambiguity and influence and shape direction of stakeholders
