Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience in network engineering, including routing/switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, WAN, fibre, and IP telephony Hands-on commissioning experience and ability to troubleshoot complex AV and network systems Excellent client-facing communication skills Calm under pressure, organized, and able to lead engineers effectively Responsibilities: Lead the delivery, commissioning, and technical quality of AV, network, and telecom systems on yacht and high-end residential projects Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of engineers, ensuring consistency and excellence across technical delivery Liaise with clients, shipyards, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful handover Produce and maintain accurate documentation Consult on network design, configure and commission network hardware Oversee the technical delivery and quality assurance of projects Report progress and risks to the Project Management team Technologies: Hardware Network Security Firewall More: We are an innovative company specializing in delivering high-end AV, IT, and security systems for superyachts and luxury residences.
