HR Project Specialist – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Project Specialist to support a major change programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic transformation within a complex, matrixed business environment.
We’re seeking a seasoned HR professional with a strong track record in project delivery-particularly in organisational change, restructuring, and operating model transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support HR project activities across the people workstream and wider transformation programme.
2. Develop and manage project plans for restructuring initiatives across multiple international locations.
3. Review and update HR manuals, processes, procedures, and philosophy documentation.
4. Coordinate monthly OD/HR deliverables meetings, tracking progress and driving action.
5. Prepare materials and insights for senior leadership forums including the Management Committee, Board, Remuneration Committee, and HR Committee.
6. Produce clear, data-driven reports on HR-related matters for senior stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
7. Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within a large or mid-sized organisation.
8. Strong understanding of HR processes and experience in change environments, including restructures.
9. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to connect insights across workstreams.
11. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
12. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
