* Possess a solid understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum for Physical Education.
* Be passionate about teaching and able to engage students through creative and innovative methods.
* Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic approach to working with young people.
* Ensure a safe and supportive classroom environment by adhering to safeguarding procedures.
* Develop and implement engaging, resourceful, and effective teaching strategies in both practical and theory-based lessons.
