About the Role
Join a well-established boutique law firm based in Tunbridge Wells as a Legal Secretary. This role provides variety and responsibility, supporting key practice areas including Conveyancing and Private Client. You will provide dedicated support to one fee earner.
As an integral member of the team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This is suitable for someone with previous legal secretarial experience, whether returning to work, studying part-time, or seeking a flexible role in a supportive, client-focused environment.
What We7re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a legal administrative role
* Exceptional organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
* Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and document management
* A proactive, flexible approach with ability to thrive in a busy environment

Salary
£26,000 - £31,000 per annum FTE, salary pro-rata by hours.
