Starting Salary £26,500, with £1,000 increase with each year of service up to £30,500.

Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from existing customers.
* Take ownership of customer problems, solve at first point of contact and escalat when required.
* Use a range of techniques to engage and build relationships quickly, often with vulnerable customers.
* Develop and maintain a good understanding of systems and processes to ensure accurate recording of customer queries.
* Advise customers in line with industry regulations.
Skills and Experience Required
* IT literate.
* Experience in CRM desirable.
* Good communication and listening skills.
* Professional and friendly approach to work.
* Adaptable to change.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Schedule
Monday – Friday shift patterns between 08.00 – 19.00.
