We not only support the other finance teams across the trust, but all employees in one way or another, so customer service is of great importance to us. Your contractual location will be our Trowbridge Finance Service Centre (FSC) and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office, however, there’s flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at the FSC for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interviewDay to day you’ll be loading data, responding to emails, reviewing spreadsheets, working alongside other Finance Systems Analysts and Finance Support Accountants. You’ll be communicating via Webex, emails and face-to-face with our Finance Service Centre users when in the office. You’ll have had some experience with finance systems, but we’re more interested in your ability to solve problems. You’ll use your numeracy skills and an excellent knowledge of spreadsheets to be effective in this role, communicating with stakeholders across the Trust. You’ll use your organisation skills to self-manage your workload, keeping on top of your priorities in a fast-paced environment.
