We are looking for an experienced Band 5 Chemotherapy Nurse to work in the Chemotherapy Unit at Luton & Dunstable Hospital.
Responsibilities include administering and caring for patients receiving systemic anti‑cancer treatment, delivering specialist cancer and palliative care, performing cytotoxic chemotherapy and related treatments, and supervising and supporting junior staff, students, and health‑care assistants as part of a multidisciplinary cancer care team.
Candidate attributes: good listening skills, an empathetic nature, excellent communication, and a willingness to work hard.
The role is within the Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which provides services to a growing population across Bedford and Luton.
