Hours: 29–37 hours per week; 38 weeks per annum
Salary: £24,523–£26,635 FTE (pro‑rated according to hours)

Description
The College is currently seeking exceptional Independence and Inclusion Coaches to work with learners across the curriculum who have a range of SEND needs. You will support young people to become independent, and you will collaborate with staff at all levels to advise and guide on inclusive practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Support learners with SEND needs in developing skills and confidence for independence.
* Advise and support staff on inclusive learning practices.
* Collaborate with management and external agencies in delivering inclusive education.
Qualifications & Requirements
* GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4–9, or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with learners who have SEND.
* Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
* Successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
Starting salary will be determined by qualifications, skills and experience.
