Assistant Practitioner, Renal Vascular Access
Band 4, 18 hours per week

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated band 4 nurse to join the Renal team.
The successful candidate for this post will assist the Renal Vascular Access Nurse and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality care and maintain good renal vascular access for the patient.
Applicants should be educated to HNC/SVQ (SCQ 7) level in healthcare or equivalent and have current or recent acute care experience in a hospital setting at band 3 level or above.
They are required to have excellent communication and time management skills and be motivated to learn and develop within this role.
