Accommodation Manager - Premium Student Living
£34,000-£37,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Are you a Hotel Manager, Duty Manager, Operations Manager or Front Office Manager ready for a fresh challenge - without stepping away from delivering exceptional guest experiences?
This is a standout opportunity to take your hospitality expertise into a premium, service-led living environment, where the focus is still very much on people, experience and standards - just with a better work-life balance and a new kind of guest.
We're working with a high-growth, design-led residential brand looking for an Accommodation Manager to lead one of their flagship student residences, delivering a five-star, hotel-style experience every day.
The Role
Think of this as running your own boutique hotel - but with long-stay residents instead of overnight guests.
You'll:
Take full ownership of the day-to-day operation of the residence
Lead, inspire and develop a front-of-house and operations team
Deliver a five-star resident experience, from arrival through to departure
Oversee housekeeping standards, maintenance coordination and presentation across the building
Ensure the building is fully compliant with all Health & Safety and operational standards
Manage budgets, costs and performance in line with business targets
Create a vibrant community through events, engagement and resident interaction
Build strong relationships with local partners, universities and the wider community
What We're Looking For
Experience in a hotel or hospitality leadership role (e.g. Hotel Manager, Duty Manager, Ops Manager, Front Office Manager)
A genuine passion for service, standards and guest experience
Strong operational knowledge - ideally including housekeeping, maintenance coordination or facilities exposure
A hands-on, visible leader who leads from the front
Highly organised, able to manage a busy, fast-paced environment
Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance
Energetic, personable and naturally engaging with guests/residents
What's In It For You?
£34,000-£37,000 basic salary (DOE)
10% annual bonus
Approx. 3 weekend days per month (with time off in the week)
30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Your birthday off every year
Pension scheme
Employee perks & wellbeing support
Genuine career progression in a fast-growing, premium brand
A role where your hospitality skills truly transfer - without late nights and constant shift work
If you're ready to take everything you've built in hospitality and apply it in a new, exciting environment - this could be the perfect next step.
Apply today with your CV.
