2nd Line Support Engineer MSP - Central London
We’re working with a growing MSP based in Central London looking for a capable and confident 2nd Line Engineer with strong networking expertise. You’ll be the go-to escalation point for 1st Line Engineers, resolving more complex issues across Microsoft 365 and network environments, with a particular focus on robust networking skills.
Act as the primary escalation point for 1st Line Engineers, resolving technical issues efficiently and thoroughly
Troubleshoot and support a wide range of environments, with a strong focus on networking infrastructure
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
Manage and maintain network devices — ideally including Meraki, UniFi, or DrayTek
Assist with the onboarding of new clients and contribute to infrastructure projects
Liaise directly with clients, providing updates and delivering high-quality customer service
Strong networking skills - solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, configuring, routing, switching, and hands-on experience with Meraki, UniFi, or DrayTek devices
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Windows Server and Active Directory administration
Experience with PowerShell scripting (bonus, not required)
