We are seeking a talented and experienced Analysis Lead to join our group Transformation and Change working on one of our key strategic programmes in Long Term Savings (Pensions & ISA). As an Analysis Lead, you will take ownership for shaping the bigger picture through to delivering detailed business designs, processes and functionality that support the business needs to the agreed timescales and quality.
This opportunity will allow you to play a critical role in driving business growth and success. With your in-depth understanding of the workplace pensions industry and strong analytical skills, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decision-making.

About the role
* Lead analysis on large and/or complex change initiatives.
* Support analysts you are working with, providing direction and guidance on analysis approach and outputs.
* Proficient in planning analysis for your project, tracking this and re-planning when needed.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work across multiple pieces of work at any given time.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement appropriate and effective solutions.
* Create detailed documentation across all analysis outputs including scope, business requirements, process maps, options papers etc to a high standard.
About you
* Experience in analysis in Long Term Savings.
* Experience in Agile methodology and delivering work using the Scrum Framework.
* Advanced in analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards.
* Proficient understanding of business structure and key business principles.
* Proficient interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
* Strong ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
* In depth knowledge and understanding of your specialism (where appropriate).
* A self-starter with a strong delivery focus, comfortable working in fast paced environments.
