This is a great opportunity for an experienced General Sales Manager who is wanting to increase their OTE and knowledge of the Hybrid market, or a time served Used/New Car Sales Manager looking for their next step.
to be suitable for this role you must come from the Automotive industry and have had experience managing sales teams.
About the role
1. Keep track of the dealerships financial performance
2. Look after both the New and Used car departments
3. Be in charge of the total cost of the site across all departments
4. Control the invoicing procedure to ensure accuracy on all sales
5. Review the costs and effectiveness of marketing spend regularly for the department
6. Make sure that we are spending our market budget effectively and in the right areas
7. Keep staff attrition low and employee happiness high
8. Ensure the team follows the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) standards so all finance products that are sold meet the guidelines
