What We Do: The Delivery Operations team is at the heart of driving and delivering value for our
customers. Our focus is to support the delivery of demand generation programs as well as strategic delivery partners. We partner with customers to launch strategies, provide readiness planning, media partner onboarding, media plans, content, and timeline reviews. We provide campaign monitoring and optimization as well as reporting and guidance to ensure optimal execution and reporting.
What You Do: As a Media Planner, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic success of
Pipeline360 campaigns across assigned accounts. Acting as a key business partner to both internal stakeholders and external clients, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated media programs designed to deliver measurable outcomes.
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help shape the strategic direction of campaigns from inception through completion - ensuring they align with client objectives, performance benchmarks, and Pipeline360’s business goals. You will serve as a strategic liaison between Sales, Delivery Operations, Customer Experience and clients, ensuring flawless execution and alignment across touchpoints.
Leveraging data-driven insights and industry expertise, you will proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization, scalability, and innovation - positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and performance advocate. Your ability to synthesize results, communicate value, and influence stakeholders will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:
* Evaluate RFPs and provide recommendations to internal teams.
* Manage RFP Bidding Portal activity.
* Support the pre-sale strategy of Pipeline360 programs.
* Provide recommendations on program types to best support the goals of each customer.
* Provide exceptional support to all stakeholders; advertisers, media partners and solution providers via email, phone, and CRM (Salesforce)
* Contribute to Pipeline360’s success from day one on a mission to become an industry expert.
Experience:
* Requires 1-2+ years with B2B-focused experience (preferably at a publishing company or agency) in a campaign manager, project manager or marketing ops role.
Skills:
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proven critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure
* Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a desire to grow
* Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and effective listening skills
* Works independently on highly complex, unique, or custom campaigns
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Follows all best practices and acts as a mentor to newer team members
* Ability to drive conversations related to operational needs of internal and external stakeholders
