Sales Order Administrator

* Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9am–5pm | Friday: 9am–4pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Order Administrator to enhance our Sales Operations team in Telford. Day-to-day of the role:
* Accurately process customer orders, invoices, and handle any complaints.
* Manage export documentation and declarations for international clients.
* Utilise SAP to manage and track orders efficiently.
* Liaise with planning, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
* Schedule and track deliveries, maintaining accurate despatch records.
* Provide inbound support to the field sales team, ensuring seamless communication.
* Deliver exceptional service that reflects the company’s commitment to quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a sales administration or office-based customer service role.
* Familiarity with sales order processing systems and procedures.
* Experience using SAP or similar CRM systems is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
