We're looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing activity across the Frontline & SmithsBriten brands. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone at a junior–mid level who is organised, creative and ready to take ownership of day-to-day marketing tasks. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help bring campaigns, assets and product launches to life across both trade and consumer channels. Your focus will be delivery, organisation and high-quality execution, ensuring the marketing team runs smoothly and efficiently. Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as an Assistant Marketing Manager with Huws Gray: Assist with the implementation of the annual marketing plan and day-to-day campaign activity. Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials. Coordinate creation and approval processes for marketing assets. Work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure aligned campaigns, accurate product information & communications. Produce and update marketing collateral including brochures, POS materials, price guides and promotional materials. Support the delivery of PR activity, paid advertising, email campaigns and social media content. Update and maintain website content, product information accuracy and online merchandising. Support the planning and coordination of new product launch campaigns, including timelines, asset creation and communications. Coordinate the brand presence at events & exhibitions. Support with the briefing process for CGI partners/photographers and external agencies for required assets, ensuring deadlines are met. Manage and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring accurate & up to date assets are accessible. Gather data for marketing reports including campaign performance, competitor activity and market trends, sharing updates with the Marketing Manager. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Good written communication skills and confidence producing marketing copy. Comfortable coordinating projects end-to-end. Experience using design or creative tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage. A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
