About The Role
M Group Transport (Aviation) are seeking a project engineer to join their Maintenance Team. This would be a great opportunity for a talented Civil Engineer who is looking to be involved on a variety of challenging Engineering Projects. What will you be doing?
1. You’ll be supporting the Maintenance and Site Managers with expertise, managing and developing a reactive team in the quality and timely maintenance delivery for a variety of civil and infrastructure assets.
2. You’ll also ensure workflow runs smoothly, ensure standard processes are followed by the team, review outputs for quality-controlled documentation, track performance, and manage software.
3. Ensuring excellent safety, standards and quality are maintained throughout the life cycle of the project.

4. Site experience.
5. Knowledge of the requirements of Health and Safety and Environmental Standards.
6. Proven capability in delivering technical packages on civil engineering schemes.
7. Proficient in the use of setting out instruments.
8. A desire to progress career by gaining a professional qualification with ICE.
9. Demonstrate M Group Transport (Aviation) values and behaviours.
10. Good grasp of commercial responsibilities
11. High standard of presentation skills
12. Excellent attention to detail.
13. Ability to interpret scopes, technical information and drawings.
14. Good communications skills and ability to work well with other teams and departments at all levels both internally and externally, including client liaison.
15. Excellent data management and Quality Control.
16. Keep up to date with legislations and current industry standards.
17. SMSTS or equivalent Site Management Training
18. Holder of CSCS accreditation
19. Full UK driving license
20. 5yr Traceable employment
Desirable:
21. Understanding of PAS128 requirements and of other industry standards
22. Experience in the analysis of GPR data
23. Previous experience in a management role
24. Level 3 QCF Certificate in Utility Mapping and Surveying
25. Experience working within engineering and aviation sector
