Nurse Manager\n\nContract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday \n\nLocation: Home based\n\nSalary: Up to £48,000 per annum \n\nAs Nurse Manager at Medigold Health, you will be responsible for leading a team of Occupational Health Advisors, Nurses, and Technicians to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients across the UK. You will play a vital role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting professional development, and ensuring that our service aligns with the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and client satisfaction.\n\nDrawing on your clinical expertise and leadership experience, you will oversee day-to-day team management, support with recruitment and onboarding of new team members, and provide guidance on complex case management referrals. You’ll also take the lead in clinical audits, help manage complaints and support our Associate Director of Nursing in shaping and developing our service we are offering.\n\nWhether conducting virtual team meetings, supporting revalidation processes, or attending client implementation meetings, you’ll play a key role in driving service improvement and championing best practice across the business.
You will also act as a clinical ambassador for Medigold Health, promoting our Occupational Health services and helping us build long-term partnerships with our clients.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to step into a strategic and people-focused leadership role, where you can help shape the future of Occupational Health and play a key part in supporting the wellbeing of employees nationwide.\n\nMain Objectives: \n\nPractice within the scope of the NMC professional practice and Code of Conduct and to work according to qualification, experience, and competency.\nResponsible for the day-to-day personnel management of a team of allocated OHAs and Nurses and Technicians.\nActive participation and flexibility to support recruitment activity for all nursing teams.\nThe delivery of the Occupational Health Service to Medigold clients ensuring the provision of the occupational health advice is always of the highest standard.\nTo act as an ambassador and promote the Occupational Health services available.\nTo ensure clinical standards of best practice are followed, and company policies and procedures are adhered to.\nTo fully utilise company IT systems in the performance of duties.\nUndertake clinical supervision/peer and team audit in relation to service delivery as identified.\nUndertaking investigation and response to queries and complaints arising from team activities.\nTaking on a clinical lead role as required.\n\nRole Requirements: \n\nTrained to undertake all core Occupational Health clinical skills.\nExperienced skills and competency with case management activities undertaking complex referrals.\nOccupational Health Degree/Diploma and NMC registration is essential.\nPrevious managerial and people management experience would be desirable.\nDemonstrable experience within Occupational Health departments, preferably private sector experience.\nExperience of participation in tender support meetings and presentations to potential clients would be beneficial.\n\nOur Company Benefits:\n\n31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, increasing with length of service\nContributory pension scheme up to 5%\nPaid Professional Memberships and Indemnity Insurance\nAccess to Company benefits and discount portal\nAccess to a Health Cash Plan\nFree eyecare vouchers\nCycle to work scheme\nAccess to confidential Employee Assistance programme\nInteractive mental health and wellbeing app\n\nHow To Apply\n\nInterested in this opportunity Click apply and you will be redirected to our careers website to complete your application
