As Settlements Manager, you will oversee end-to-end SCF operations, drive process improvements, and develop a team that consistently delivers operational excellence. Your expertise will help shape strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team within SCF, settlements, reconciliation, and master data operations.
* Oversee global SCF counterparties and ensure settlements are accurate, timely, and compliant.
* Drive process enhancements, system optimizations, and change initiatives across SCF operations.
