The hotel has 151 Bedrooms and five conference rooms that can accommodate up to 175 guests, ideal for meetings, conferences and celebrations. The Novotel London Greenwich bar is an atmospheric space to enjoy afternoon tea, beer, wine, a cocktail or soft drink at any time of day.

Job Description

At Novotel London Greenwich, it’s the people who create unforgettable memories for our guests. 14. Greet and assist guests on arrival and departure.

15. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately.

16. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.

17. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.

18. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming reception area.

19. Follow all health, safety, and security procedures.

20. Strong communication and customer service skills.

21. Ability to work well in a team and handle challenging situations.

22. Basic computer skills (booking systems, email, MS Office).

23. Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred.

24. Shift work required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.


Qualifications
25. Proven experience in a front office or reception role within the hospitality industry
26. Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
27. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
28. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
29. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
