Sectora Group is exclusively leading the search for a strategic and hands-on Product Lead to join a high-growth SaaS company with a 20-year track record of delivering complex, cloud-native platforms. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of product strategy across a suite of enterprise-grade applications used by thousands of users daily.

This UK-based technology business builds and maintains a portfolio of mission-critical software products spanning web, mobile, and backend systems. With a strong engineering culture and a product-led mindset, they invest heavily in R&D and have been awarded multiple innovation grants for disruptive platform development. Their tech stack is built on AWS and includes a mix of native apps, data management systems, and customer-facing portals.
The Role
As Product Lead, youll define and drive product strategy across multiple SaaS offerings. Youll lead a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners, and work closely with senior leadership to shape the roadmap, deliver new features, and scale adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
Lead and mentor a high-performing product team
Translate business requirements into functional specs, epics, and user stories
Oversee product releases and ensure delivery meets scope and quality benchmarks
Act as a subject matter expert in internal and external stakeholder engagements
Monitor KPIs and communicate product performance across the business
Identify commercial opportunities and drive product growth
About You
Youre a strategic thinker with deep experience in SaaS product development and a passion for building scalable, user-centric platforms. You thrive in agile environments and have experience across both SMEs and larger tech organisations.
Essential Experience:
5+ years in product management
Proven success in setting product strategy and launching SaaS products
Strong understanding of software development and cloud infrastructure
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
People leadership and performance management expertise
