Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Hitchin, Hertfordshire

We are recruiting on behalf of a practice in Hitchin, Hertfordshire for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role is full time for 40 hours per week over 4 days with shifts of 10 hours between 8am and 8pm, along with Saturday mornings on a rota.The day off each week varies and can also be requested. While there will be no official OOH duties or telephone duties, there maybe some requirement to take on care of low dependency inpatients on a Sunday or bank holiday.

14. Some inpatient care may be required when applicable for low dependency animals
15. The position offers ongoing support for training and the development of areas of special interest
16. Provides a varied case load with both consultations and surgeries and the Vet will deal with preventative, routine and more complex cases

Package
34. Salary: Up to £63, per annum, commensurate to experience
35. Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave, increasing with service and birthday off
