The role offers the chance to lead and develop the business while maintaining exceptional standards of client service. Key responsibilities include delivering effective legal services, broadening expertise into new sectors or markets, and supervising junior colleagues. You'll also play a pivotal role in thought leadership and performance management, ensuring team objectives are achieved and profitability is maintained. The ideal candidate is an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (10 PQE), ideally STEP qualified, with strong expertise in private client matters and a track record of leadership.
