Business Development Executive
Salary up to £60,000
Hybrid Working (1 day in office per week) - Offices in Birmingham or Leicester
Your role:
Working for a global insurance brokerage, you will initiate and develop client relationships in relation to their various insurance needs. This role will suit a dynamic professional that thrives on seeking new business opportunities and engaging with clients.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Initiating and developing client relationships in relation to their insurance needs
2. Actively seek new business opportunities
3. Networking, utilising interpersonal skills to build relationships
4. Delivering a professional service to corporate clients throughout the sales process, including first meetings, presentations and follow up queries
5. Achieving new business targets, with significant rewards for doing so
6. Outstanding interpersonal skills and gravitas to deal with Senior Management within client’s businesses
7. Experience of working within a professional environment is essential (insurance, financial services, solicitors, etc.)
8. Experience of working in Commercial/Corporate Insurance is ideal, but not essential
9. Insurance industry qualifications are advantageous but not essential
10. Exceptional rewards for achieving new business targets
