You will be instrumental in shaping a modern, professional internal IT department- from service desk implementation to infrastructure optimisation and future roadmap creation.

Qualifications
* Essential Skills
* Strong experience with Microsoft 365 maintenance and administration.
* Good experience in network infrastructure and cloud technologies.
* Confident communication skills — comfortable engaging with users at all levels.
* Ability to work hands-on while developing scalable processes.
* Confident engaging and managing 3rd party vendors.
