In this role, you will be based full-time at the Head Office, working closely with the Head of Commercial and wider teams. You'll be responsible for managing contracts, submitting valuations, pricing variations, and acting as a key point of contact for clients while supporting the successful delivery of projects.

Quantity Surveying across New Build, Social Housing & Commercial projects
Reviewing contracts, submitting valuations, and pricing variations
Client-facing role with site visits and involvement in project delivery
The Person:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
Experience working with commercial contracts
