We are seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our integrated team working with clients across the Helensburgh and Lomond area. The post is based within the Extended Community Care Team, Victoria Integrated Care Centre, Helensburgh.
You would be part of a dynamic and dedicated team providing a client centred, seamless service across the local community. You will be involved in the assessment, rehabilitation and provision of equipment and adaptations for adults with physical disability or illness, and work within a developing service supporting clients to remain safe and independent in their own homes.
You will need to be flexible and able to prioritise and manage your time effectively as you will be responsible for your own caseload, although support will be available. Knowledge and experience of Community Practice would be advantageous and IT skills are required.
You will be line managed by the Helensburgh and Lomond Occupational Therapy Team Lead. The organisation is committed to supporting your professional development and you will have access to appropriate training to enable you to provide optimum care. Access to a car and a full driving licence are essential.
