Purpose of Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembly Operative to join our team. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for assembling and processing components with precision and efficiency, ensuring excellent quality of our products.
Working Pattern: Days (subject to change as and when needed for business needs)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble products or components on the production line, following established SOP’S Work Instructions and safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain assembly machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to lead operators.
• Using the 5s ethos, maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with hand tools and other equipment to assemble products.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow pre-determined production schedules and meet production targets.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Desired Experience:
• Experience in thermal joining of aluminium plates
• Experience in sheet metal environments
• Experience in tooling changeovers
Key Skills Required:
• Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with precision.
• Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in assembly.
• Proven work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
