About Us: Brasserie Marceline is a new 150 cover modern Brasserie nestled in the heart of Canary wharf looking to France with its feet firmly in London. Independently owned by proven restauranteurs with a passion for food and hospitality.
Opening this summer upon the K2 floating pavilion in Canary Wharf we are seeking an experienced Commis Chef de Partie that wants to be a big part of the opening with a desire to be part of the team in a completely new restaurant.
Role Overview: Responsible for running the pastry section of the kitchen. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the standards set company.
* Manage the pass station and oversee the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area
* Ensure all orders are prepared, plated correctly, and delivered promptly
* Work closely with the head chef, sous chefs, and kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive team environment
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:
* Have previous experience as Chef de Partie in a busy, high standard environment.
* Ability to deliver high standards consistently
* Have excellent communication and organising skills
* Be a great team player
* Have lofty standards of health and hygiene
* Be passionate and enthusiastic about their job
