- Basic Salary: £29,656 (Rising to £30,922 after Manufacturer Training)

- Competitive starting salary of £29,656, increasing to £30,922 upon successful completion of manufacturer training

Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Handling parts enquiries and orders efficiently
- Managing stock levels, returns, and logistics
- Supporting the team in a busy, well-organised department
About You:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (franchise dealership or motor factor experience preferred)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
