What You’ll Be Doing: * Operating and overseeing production machinery to ensure smooth operations * Assisting maintenance teams with basic support tasks * Performing regular equipment checks and quality inspections * Keeping your workstation clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards What You Bring to the Role: * Essential: Experience in a production or manufacturing role * Comfortable operating and handling machinery * A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail * Clear communication and a positive, team-focused attitude * Ability to manage tasks independently * Own transport required – location not accessible by public transport Shifts & Pay: Rotating Shifts (Days & Afternoons) Morning Shift: Mon–Thu: 06:15–15:00 | Fri: 06:15–14:45 (Paid breaks included) Afternoon Shift: Mon–Thu: 14:45–00:30 (2 out of 3 breaks paid) Rates: * Morning: From £12.54/hr * Afternoon: From £15.05/hr * Overtime (after 38 hrs): From £18.81/hr Perks & Benefits: * Long-term, ongoing role with potential to go permanent * Paid breaks * Company pension scheme * Free onsite parking * On-site canteen with complimentary tea and coffee Important: This opportunity starts on 11/08, with a scheduled site walk on 07/08.
