Responsibilities
* Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish a variety of items across the store, keeping shelves clean, tidy and well-presented.
* Always ready to serve customers when the store is open, supporting with questions and proactively offering help.
* Date checking fresh produce and grocery products.
* Helping across the store as needed and supporting deliveries as required.
* Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
* Work overnight in a fast-paced, physical and high-energy environment, often on your own but also thriving as part of a team.
* Be friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
* Take responsibility for owning tasks and using initiative to solve problems.
* Be prepared to work flexibly and productively across the store to a high standard; you’ll be fully trained in a variety of skills to learn, develop and try new things.
* Be comfortable learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly.
* Have great attention to detail, keeping the store clean and clutter-free, always aiming to create the best shopping experience.
