Attend to the physical and emotional needs of children and young people, provide a safe environment and create positive developmental experiences for them in a residential setting in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Health and Social Care Partnership Plan and the Community Plan. The duties of the post involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Due to the nature of the post you could be asked to work between all 3 children's houses - Sunnyside - Auchinleck, Benrig - Kilmarnock and Montgomery - Kilmarnock.
