History Teacher – Community-focused and nurturing secondary school – Hackney
Our client is seeking a passionate History Teacher to join an inclusive, well-rounded, and supportive secondary school in Hackney. This is a full-time, permanent position starting January 2026.
• History Teacher (ECT) required full-time from January 2026
• Inclusive secondary school in Hackney with diverse student body

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher eager to develop professionally in a school that values collaboration and innovation. You will teach across KS3 and KS4, delivering a curriculum that encourages critical thinking, historical inquiry, and awareness of global contexts. Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified History Teacher with QTS or working towards it

• Commitment to inclusive teaching and classroom management
• Legal right to work in the UK
