An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking for an experienced UK qualified Private Client Solicitor (minimum 4 years PQE) to join its team across two Warwickshire offices.
About the Role:
This is a broad, hands-on private client position offering exposure to a full range of matters, including:
1. Wills and estate planning
2. Probate and estate administration
3. Trust creation and administration
4. Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
5. Tax planning and advisory work
You will manage your own caseload while benefiting from strong administrative support, working closely with a friendly and supportive team. This role offers real responsibility and the chance to further develop your expertise in a well-respected firm.
About You:
6. UK Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE in Private Client law
7. Strong generalist private client knowledge
8. Excellent client relationship and communication skills
9. Ability to work independently on a varied caseload
10. STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
